Q: Can I visit the Five Bridge Inn? - Schedule a Visit
A: Yes, we welcome everyone to come visit the Inn and Grounds; see if our venue is the right canvas for your perfect day. All visits must be scheduled in advance so that we may provide the best service to all our guests.
Q: Can I have my ceremony at the Five Bridge Inn?
A: Yes, we have many location options available to choose from.
Q: Can I use any caterer?
A: Yes, we can accommodate your choice of caterer or we can recommend a local caterer. All vendors must have proper licensing.
Q: Can I have alcohol at Five Bridge Inn.
A: Bartending service is provided through Five Star Bartending Service only, unless prior arrangements have been made between Five Bridge Inn and your caterer.
Q: Will someone from Five Bridge Inn help me plan, organize, and decorate my event?
A: A representative of Five Bridge Inn will be available for questions about the venue and will offer advice about the venue itself or recommended vendors. Our staff manages and operates the venue, (the Inn, the Tent, the Barn, the Grounds), and is on-site during your event, but our staff does not offer planning and coordination services as a part of your site fee. Hiring a day-of coordinator and/or decorator are recommended for all who do not wish to DIY.
Q. Should I hire a day-of coordinator?
A. A properly staffed and managed venue is included in your site fee, but the staff of Five Bridge Inn does not plan or coordinate your event. Day of coordinators help provide a stress-free organization of your event and all your vendors. Sonya works closely with Five Bridge Inn and coordinates you and all your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and flows perfectly.
Q. I have my own decorator, do I have to hire the Five Bridge Inn's decorator?
A. Outside vendors, decorators and/or coordinators are allowed to decorate the venue. Vendors must be licensed and insured and need to fill out proper paperwork with the proprietor prior to the event date. If you do not have a decorator, our in-house decorator Lisa, can work with you.
Q: How many guests can the Five Bridge Inn accommodate?
A: Our main tent is set up to accommodate a maximum of 300 guests. Additional tented areas can be added for larger weddings and special events. Our barn accommodates a maximum of 125 guests.
Q: How many tents are available?
A: Five Bridge Inn has one main tent that is used for weddings and large functions.
Additional tents are added when needed.
Q: What is the time frame for my event?
A: You are a guest of our Inn for the entire day. Brides can choose to stay overnight at the Inn the night before the wedding or the night of the wedding. Two night stays are also available. If your event is on Sunday, and there is a function the previous evening, You will have access to the venue after 1:00pm.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes, There is ample parking in our lot.
Q: Are candles allowed at the Five Bridge Inn?
A: Candles may only be used if the flame is enclosed in glass. Example: Votives, Hurricanes, Floating candles etc. Tapers and Candelabras are not permitted. No flame of any kind is allowed in the Barn.
Q. Can I bring sparklers, set off fireworks, or release Chinese lanterns at my event?
A: No. Flames of any kind are not permitted. Sparklers, fireworks, and Chinese lanterns are not allowed.
Q: Can the fireplaces be used?
A: Our fireplaces have been set up with special inserts that are approved by the fire marshal's office.
Q: Can I throw Rice or Rose Petals?
A: REAL flower petals are the only item allowed to be thrown during the ceremony. Rice, silk flower petals, or any other item, are NOT allowed to be thrown.
Q: Do you allow glitter?
A: No, glitter is NOT allowed anywhere on the property. If you have specific questions or concerns about this, contact Ann Messenger.
Q: What do we do in the event of a rain shower?
A: The staff at Five Bridge Inn do everything possible to keep all guests as comfortable as possible during imperfect weather. We add additional tents, supply an ample amount of oversized umbrellas to assist in staying dry when traveling to and from uncovered areas, and a large portion of our event areas are covered and/or have side walls for additional protection against unpleasant elements.
Q: Can I take photos on site before my wedding date?
A: Yes! As a complimentary service to our brides and grooms, you may coordinate a time to come onsite before your wedding to take photos for engagement announcements and/or save the date cards.
Q: Can I join the fitness classes on site during my stay?
A: Absolutely! Our current class schedule is available online. Everyone is welcome to join in. Class fees vary by class and are payable to the instructor at the time of attendance. Some classes require pre-registration and fill up quickly, so be sure to check ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Q. Does the Five Bridge Inn offer catering or additional in house services?
A. Five Bridge Inn has a variety of services available including; late night, all-you-can-eat pizza by KP Grille, cooked outdoors in a wood fired oven; rehearsal dinner or brunch in the Barn. Ask about these additional options available to you as a guest of Five Bridge Inn.
Q. The day after my wedding, Can I have more than the 14 allowed guests at breakfast?
A. Absolutely! When you book your wedding here at Five Bridge Inn you get the option of having brunch for up to 100 guests the following morning. Your brunch will take place in our gorgeous, rustic barn!
Q. Is the main tent illuminated?
A. The main tent has perimeter bulb lighting that adds a soft glow at night to the entire tent. If additional lighting, specialty lighting or decor lighting is requested, it is recommended that you hire an outside lighting company.
Q. Are pets allowed at Five Bridge Inn?
A. Five Bridge Inn is a pet friendly venue! Many of our couples have included their FURmily in their special day. Ask about details.
Q. Is Five Bridge Inn handicap accessible?
A. Yes. Please inquire about specific accommodations.
Q. What if my guests need assistance traveling from the ceremony site to the reception site (cocktail pavilion, tent, or barn)?
A. Five Bridge Inn can transport guests by golf cart. Let us know what you will need and we can make arrangements to assist your guests.
Q. Will we be allowed to use the pool?
A. The pool is available for the guests of the Inn during daytime hours only. The pool is closed at night.

Q. Do I need to provide a list of my vendors to Five Bridge Inn?
A. Yes. Prior to your event, you will need to supply a list of all vendors scheduled to be on-site at your event. All vendors must arrange in advance to provide appropriate contact info and/or licensing/permitting necessary.
Q. Do I need to provide a list of guests staying at Five Bridge Inn?
A. Yes. Prior to your event, you will need to provide Five Bridge Inn with a list of guests who will be staying at the Inn as your guests, and which room they will be occupying. For a listing of our room names and accommodations for each room - see the Inn page.
