Fitness at Five Bridge
The Five Bridge Inn's fitness facility is run independently by various personal trainers and fitness instructors. Instructors are trained, certified and insured.
Personal training and small group classes happen throughout the week. Classes vary depending on instructor, class enrollment and season.
SPIN With Dennis
In front of his classes, Dennis Bell is all rock and roll. He plays Elvis Presley and The Clash. He sings along while gesturing with his arms, sometimes to emphasize certain lyrics. He’s also a motorcycle racer, no sport for the faint of heart.

SPIN/KRANK/CLIMB with Ann
Long before Ann founded Five Bridge Inn, she went to her first aerobics class at the YMCA in the early 70's and was hooked ever since. For the past 25 years she has taught step, slide, body pump, boot camp, spin and now krank. Her true love has been teaching spin but she has now coupled that with krank and climb so her class experiences the intensity she craves and they get the best upper and lower body cardio workout!

Personal Training with Joanne
Joanne is a Personal Trainer, insured and certified through the American Council on Exercise. After 20+ years in the fitness industry serving most populations, Joanne's experience has grown to include Exercise for clients with Health Challenges. With the necessary tools, Joanne can lead you to your personal fitness success.
'DTrain Fitness' with Daniella
Train outdoors as well as indoors. Daniella offers small group training, one-on-one, and in-home training. Fitness is a powerful way to improve overall wellbeing, combat stress, depression, and anxiety, build confidence both mentally and physically, build community and long lasting relationships, and leads to positive changes across all aspects of life. Certifications: ACE Personal Trainer & Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor
Yoga with Ritu
A native of Delhi, India, Ritu Guar received her training in Yoga Science under the expert, seasoned teachers of the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and her teaching certification at the National Institute of Open Schooling. Her teaching style, while based on the yoga techniques of ancient times, is also a way to help with today’s growing need to manage stress and to attain a more positive outlook on life. Ritu holds weekly classes at Five Bridge Inn and offers private sessions for events.

YOGA with Kate
Yoga can be a scary word for those that have never participated in a session; but we are here to ease (and relax) your mind. Kate Hanley offers specialized, private yoga sessions that are tailored to your requests and level of experience. These small group sessions are fantastic for calming your mind, centering your focus, and bringing your group closer than ever. Kate will consult with you before hand and will tailor the experience to suit your likes and desires perfectly!
